This was a Maintainability Upgrades project where we performed UPS electrical upgrades and acted as the prime contractor, overseeing mechanical, access control, fire alarm, fire protection, lightning protection, framing, drywall, painting, and flooring extending the critical electrical system from the basement up to the third floor.
