Safety is a priority at Hargrove Electric. All electricians have completed all of the appropriate OSHA courses for their particular applications and job descriptions. Furthermore, Hargrove Electric maintains its own rigid safety training and holds weekly safety meetings. HEC employs an individual to oversee the safety program, as well as retaining an outside individual to work with and improve the program. Our company requires all of our personnel to undergo continuous training and keep all licenses and certifications current to ensure that our specialists are experts in all advances in their fields. We have six certified fiber optic technicians at HEC and one of the highest ratios of Master Electricians in North Texas. We are well-versed and have trained thermographers on staff complete with our own thermography (infrared scanning) equipment . All of these factors combine to create a workforce that is at the forefront of all facets of professional electrical services. The result is one of the lowest workers compensation modifiers in our industry in North Texas. In fact, Hargrove Electric was presented the Exxon-Mobil Achievement Award for performing 500,000 man-hours of electrical services on their Dallas campuses without a lost time accident.

We run safe projects good for us, good for our customers
